Easily accessible from London, the M25 and Gatwick Airport, Hartsfield Manor is set in 16 acres of stunning Surrey countryside and surrounded by lawns and a garden terrace. Step inside Hartsfield Manor and you'll see how the Victorian grandeur has gracefully absorbed the modern facilities and stylishly refurbished rooms.
Superior en suite bedrooms are located in the Manor House.
Standard en suite bedrooms are located in either the Charlwood Annexe, Headley or Lodge Cottage, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Please advise when booking if dinner will be required. Unfortunately, Hartsfield Manor are unable to offer room service.
Please note that from 1st September, Hartsfield Manor is a completely smoke free zone and all bedrooms through the venue are non smoking.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

At Hartsfield we offer a wide range of activities including a gym, pitch & putt, billiards, snooker and delightful grounds for that early morning stroll with 16 acres of grounds to meander around. Close by in Dorking are more sports and spa facilities to enjoy.
All standar rooms at Hartsfield manor have double bed and are fully equipped.
All Superior rooms are larger and located in the Manor House with views of the surrounding grounds. Full WiFi service is operational in the Manor House.
A full English breakfast is served between 07.30am and 09.00am each morning.

Dinner is served between 7pm and 9pm in the Terrace Restaurant.
Our Terrace Restaurant holds up to 120 people so we can also cater for business conventions or that special family gathering, including your wedding day as we hold a licence for civil ceremonies.
Hartsfield Manor is only 10 minutes from Junction 8 of the M25.
Hartsfield Manor is approximately 5 minutes from the A25.
Hartsfield Manor is approximately 10 minutes from A24.
Hartsfield Manor is only 4 miles from Dorking / 6 miles from Reigate.
The nearest main line railway station is Dorking although, there is a smaller railway station in Betchworth village.
